Skaï Foods is a passionate family-owned business that emerged in 2021 with a mission to bring the vibrant flavors of Rwanda’s chili peppers to the world. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of the region, we have formed strong partnerships with 10 carefully chosen chili farmers and cooperatives from across Rwanda. Our journey began with the creation of our flagship product, Skaï Hot Red Chilli Sauce, which quickly gained popularity for its unique blend of intense heat and exquisite taste. The sauce captures the essence of Rwanda’s chili peppers, carefully selected and handcrafted to deliver a memorable gastronomic experience. It adds a fiery kick to any dish, elevating flavors and satisfying even the most discerning palates. In response to the growing demand and to offer our customers a wider range of options, we expanded our product line in 2023 with the introduction of Skaï Red Hot Chili Oil. This aromatic oil is infused with premium Rwandan chili peppers and carefully selected spices, resulting in a versatile condiment that adds depth, heat, and complexity to a variety of cuisines.
